Rental Package – $110
10 photos will be taken of your property – 1 front, 1 back, 2 master room, 2 living space, 1 of each other area. If 2 rooms looks very similar we will take another of a living space or outdoor

Daylight Package – $176 or Twilight Package – $232
All photos will be provided in both high and low resolution photos. Daylight photos will edited and delivered over night by noon the next working day. Twilight photos will be edited and delivered by around 2pm the next working day, but we will aim for noon as well. All photos will be delivered by dropbox.

Drone Photos – $55 per image
Show your property from a different perspective. Drone photos are great to show the surrounding areas of your listing. Includes overlay of dimensions and block size on all images.

Virtual Furniture – $55 per room
Convert an empty room to a beautifully staged room with virtual furniture and increase buyer interest.

Floor Plans – $88 for a redraw, $140 for a 3 bedroom home, $180 for a 5 bedroom home or $220 for a mansion
